摘要
目的:探讨互联网平台下的肺康复干预在肺气肿患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年4月1日～2023年4月30日收治的肺气肿患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施互联网平台下的肺康复干预;比较两组临床治疗指标,入院当日、出院前1 d肺部治疗效果[采用圣乔治呼吸调查问卷(SGRQ)]、活动耐力[采用6分钟步行试验(6MWT)]和生命质量[采用生命质量测定量表(QLICP)].结果:观察组气促消退时间、喘鸣音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);出院前1 d,两组6MWT数值及SGRQ各维度评分均优于入院当日(P＜0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05);出院前1 d,两组QLICP各维度评分均高于入院当日(P＜0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论:实施互联网平台下的肺康复干预可缩短肺气肿患者症状改善时间,提高其肺部治疗效率,从而提升患者生命质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation intervention under Internet platform in patients with emphysema.Methods:A total of 80 patients with emphysema treated from April 1,2021 to April 30,2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 40 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received pulmonary rehabilitation intervention under the Internet platform.The clinical treatment indexes of the two groups were compared,including pulmonary treatment effect on the day of admission and 1 day before discharge by St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ),activity endurance by 6-minute walk test(6MWT)and quality of life by Quality of Life In-struments system for cancer patients(QLICP).Result:The time of dyspnea fading,the time of wheezing sound disappearing and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The 6MWT value and SGRQ scores in both groups at 1 day before discharge were better than those on admission day(P＜0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).At 1 day before discharge,QLICP scores of all dimensions in both groups were higher than those on ad-mission day(P＜0.05),and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion:The imple-mentation of pulmonary rehabilitation intervention under the Internet platform can shorten the time of symptom improvement of Emphysema patients,improve their lung treatment efficiency,and thus improve their quality of life.
