Application of"3S2E"Management Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Heart Failure
Objective:To explore the application effects of"3S2E"management nursing on patients with heart failure.Methods:A total of 154 patients with heart failure treated from December 1,2020 to December 1,2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 77 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given"3S2E"management nursing intervention.The negative emotions by Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),self-perceived burden by Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)and quality of life by Ge-neric Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)before and after intervention and total incidence rate of adverse events during intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and SPBS in both groups were lower than before intervention(P＜0.05),and the observation group has lower scores than those of the control group(P＜0.01).After intervention,GQOLI-74 scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P＜0.05),and observation group has higher scores than those of the con-trol group(P＜0.01).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclu-sion:The application of"3S2E"management nursing in the nursing intervention of patients with heart failure can not only correct their negative emotions,reduce their self-perceived burden,but also improve their quality of life and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
