Application of Multimedia Health Education Model Combined with Interactive Nursing Intervention in Adolescent Patients with Diabetes
Objective:To explore the application effect of multimedia health education model combined with interactive nursing interven-tion in adolescent diabetes patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with diabetes admitted from January 1 to September 30,2022 were se-lected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the research group with 40 cases each.The control group re-ceived routine care,while the research group implemented a multimedia health education model combined with interactive nursing interven-tion on this basis.The compliance behavior scores,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and glycated hemoglobin compliance rates before and after intervention,quality of life scores,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:The research group′s compliance score and post intervention glycated hemoglobin compliance rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The levels of fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and incidence of complications were lower in the research group than in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Multimedia health education model combined with interactive nursing intervention can improve the compliance behavior of adolescent diabetes patients,control the blood glucose levels,improve the rate of reaching the standard of glycosylated hemoglobin,re-duce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life.
