Effects of Path-Oriented Health Education on Patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis after Interventional Surgery
Objective:To observe the effects of path-oriented health education on patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after in-terventional surgery. Methods:A total of 80 patients with DVT who planned to undergo interventional surgery in People′s Hospital of Nanhai District from January 1 to December 31,2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the routine group and the observa-tion group with 40 cases in each group according to random number table method. The routine group was given routine nursing while the ob-servation group received path-oriented health education on the basis of routine nursing. The disease cognition level, including psychological health[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)],psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)],self-care ability[Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)],life self-care ability[Basic Activities of Daily Living Scale(BADL)]and nursing satisfaction evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the observation group had a higher level of disease cognition than the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of HAMD,HAMA,and BADL in both groups were lower than before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group has lower levels than the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing, the each dimen-sion and total scores of CD-RISC,and ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group has higher scores than the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Path-oriented health education can help to enhance the disease cognition level and self-care ability of pa-tients with DVT undergoing interventional surgery, and it has a positive effect on maintaining psychological health, improving psychological resilience and life self-care ability, and it has high nursing satisfaction of patients.
