Effect of Integrated Specialized Disease Nursing Combined with Collaborative Nursing Model on Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective:To explore effect of integrated specialized disease nursing combined with collaborative nursing model on elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 98 elderly CHF patients admitted from February 1,2022 to February 28,2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the admission time, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group, using a lottery method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group implemented a special-ized disease integrated nursing combined with collaborative nursing model on this basis. The positivity scores of two groups at admission, discharge, and 3 months after discharge were compared. The quality of life[Short Form-36(SF-36)],sleep quality(Minnesota Heart Fail-ure Sleep Quality Scale),self-care(European Heart Failure Self-care Behavior Scale),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD)and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups before and after nursing. Results:After interven-tion,the positivity score of the two groups gradually increased(P<0.01),and the positivity scores at discharge and three months after dis-charge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).After nursing, the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).After nursing, the sleep quality,self-care scores,HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The integrated nursing and collaborative nursing model for specialized diseases can effectively im-prove the negative emotions and enthusiasm of CHF patients, improve sleep quality and quality of life, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
