Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing combined with diversified rehabilitation nursing in postoper-ative patients with early esophageal cancer undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Methods:From January 1 to December 31,2022,100 early esophageal cancer patients who underwent ESD in our hospital′s anesthesia department were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by drawing lots,and the control group received general nursing care,while the observation group received predictive nursing combined with diversified rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the conventional group.The adverse reactions,perioperative general conditions,psychological status[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],and nurs-ing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After nursing,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time and spontaneous breathing recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),the restlessness score during the awakening period was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores after nursing in both groups were lower than before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of predictive nursing and diversified rehabilitation nursing can reduce the inci-dence of postoperative adverse reactions in ESD,shorten the recovery time,alleviate restlessness during the recovery period,alleviate nega-tive emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
