摘要
目的:探讨针对性心理干预对核磁共振检查(MRI)患者的影响.方法:选取 2019 年 2 月 1 日～2020 年 2 月 1 日收治的150 例MRI患者为研究对象,采用双盲法分为对照组和研究组各 75 例,对照组采用基础护理,研究组采用针对性心理干预;比较两组负性情绪、心理压力、控制情况、依从性、检查时间及生命体征[包括呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)].结果:干预后,研究组负性情绪、心理状态评分均优于对照组(P<0.01);检查中,两组RR、HR、SBP、DBP、SpO2 均于检查前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且研究组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组应对能力、依从性、控制情况及检查时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组检查成功率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:将针对性心理干预应用于MRI患者中,可减轻心理压力,提升自身感知控制水平,使患者积极配合检查实施,获得高质量检查图像.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted psychological intervention on patients undergoing magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination.Methods:A total of 150 MRI patients admitted from February 2019 to February 2020 were equally divided into control group and study group using a double-blind method with 75 cases.The control group received basic care,while the study group received targeted psychological intervention.The negative emotions,psychological stress status,control status,compliance,examination time,and vi-tal signs including respiratory rate(RR),heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the negative emotions and psychological state scores of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the examination,RR,HR,SBP,DBP,and SpO2 in both groups were better than those before the examination(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the study group has better scores than those of the control group(P<0.05).The control status,compliance,coping ability,control score,and examination time of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the negative emotions and psychological state scores of the study group were bet-ter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of the study group's examination was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying targeted psychological intervention to MRI patients can alleviate psychological stress,improve their perceptual control level,encourage patients to actively cooperate with the examination implementation,and obtain high-quality examina-tion images.
