Application of Problem-Oriented Model Combined with Predictive Care in Patients with COPD
Objective:To investigate the application effect of problem-oriented model combined with predictive care in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 120 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 1,2022 to January 1,2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and study group, with 60 cases in each group,u-sing a double-blind lottery method. The control group implemented predictive care intervention, while the research group implemented a problem-oriented model on the basis of the control group. The lung function indicators, quality of life using the St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ),self-management ability using the self-management scale,self-care ability using the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA),and complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, the study group had better lung function indicators,SGRQ score, and self-management ability than those of the control group(P<0.01).After inter-vention,the ESCA scores of both groups were higher than before intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The problem-oriented model combined with predictive care has a significant effect on COPD patients, which can effectively improve lung func-tion,enhance their quality of life,self-care and self-management abilities, and reduce the incidence of complications.
