摘要
目的:探讨微信平台健康教育及心理弹性支持在高血压脑出血术患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 12 月 1 日～2022 年 12 月 31 日收治的 98 例高血压脑出血患者,根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各 49 例;两组均给予常规护理,对照组采取常规健康教育及心理干预,观察组采取微信平台健康教育及心理弹性支持干预.比较两组干预前后健康行为评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及护理满意度.结果:干预后,两组健康行为评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组 SAS、SDS 评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:微信平台健康教育及心理弹性支持可改善高血压脑出血患者健康行为水平及心理状态,提升护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of health education and psychological resilience support on WeChat platform in patients undergoing hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemor-rhage admitted from December 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 cases in each group,according to the admission order.Both groups were given routine nursing,on the basis of which the control group was given routine health education and psychological intervention,and the observation group was given Wechat platform health education and psychological resilience support intervention.Health behavior scores,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,both groups had higher health behavior scores than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group has lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat platform health education and psychological resilience support can improve the health behavior and psychological status of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
