摘要
目的:分析社区空巢老人健康行为能力的潜在类别,探讨其群体异质性.方法:选取山东省 4 个城市 8 所社区共 381名社区空巢老人,采用一般资料调查表、健康行为能力自评量表(SRAHP)进行调查,采用潜在剖面探索社区空巢老人健康行为能力潜在类别.结果:社区空巢老人健康行为能力存在 3 个潜在剖面"高水平稳定型"(13.1%)、"中等水平型"(58.0%)、"低健康责任型"(28.9%),不同潜在剖面人群间具有群体异质性,在年龄、受教育程度、平均月收入及是否患有慢性病方面存在显著性差异.结论:山东省社区空巢老人健康行为能力具有明显的分类特征,提示应针对不同类别人群的健康行为能力进行差异性干预,更大程度地促进社区空巢老人健康行为.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the potential profile of healthy behavioral abilities among empty nest elderly in the community and ex-plore their population heterogeneity.Methods:A total of 381 empty nest elderly people from 8 communities in 4 cities in Shandong Province were selected for the survey.A general information questionnaire and the Self-rated Abilities for Health Practices(SRAHP)were used to in-vestigate the potential categories of health behavior ability among empty nest elderly people in the community using a potential profile.Re-sults:There are three potential profiles of the health behavior ability of empty nest elderly in the community,high-level stable type(13.1%),medium level(58.0%),low health responsibility type(28.9%).There is population heterogeneity among different potential profiles,with significant differences in age,education level,average monthly income,and whether chronic diseases exist.Conclusion:The health behavior ability of empty nest elderly in communities in Shandong Province has obvious classification characteristics,indicating that differential intervention should be carried out for the health behavior ability of different categories of population to promote the health be-havior of empty nest elderly in communities to a greater extent.
