摘要
目的:了解炎症性肠病(IBD)行家庭肠内营养患者健康相关生活质量现状与影响因素,以提供家庭肠内营养干预措施.方法:采取便利抽样法,选取 2021 年3 月1 日～2022 年3 月1 日收治的144 例IBD行家庭肠内营养患者纳入研究,通过一般资料问卷、家庭肠内营养健康相关生活质量问卷(NutriQoL)、感知社会支持量表(MSPPS)、肠内营养依从性问卷、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、慢性病病耻感量表(SSCI)进行调查,分析IBD行家庭肠内营养患者健康相关生活质量现状及影响因素.结果:本组患者NutriQoL评分为(57.25±11.34)分,MSPPS 评分为(57.21±14.22)分、肠内营养依从性得分(11.05±2.61)分、SPBS 评分(32.25±5.48)分、SSCI评分(40.62±9.35)分;IBD患者生活质量与社会支持呈正相关(r=0.440,P<0.01),与自我负担感、病耻感呈负相关(r=-0.331,-0.232,P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,肠内营养方式、家庭肠内营养依从性、社会支持、自我感受负担、病耻感是IBD行家庭肠内营养患者健康相关生活质量的影响因素(P<0.05).结论:IBD行家庭肠内营养患者健康相关生活质量为中等水平,因此,需采取合理措施提高患者社会支持度,改善自我感受负担,促进患者心理建设.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the current status and influencing factors of health-related quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease undergoing home enteral nutrition,in order to provide intervention measures for patients with home enteral nu-trition.Methods:Using convenience sampling method,144 patients with inflammatory bowel disease who received home enteral nutrition from March 1,2021 to March 1,2022 were selected for the study.By conducting surveys using general information questionnaires,Nu-triQoL,multidimensional scale of perceived social support(MSPSS),enteral nutrition compliance questionnaire,self-perceived burden,(SPBS),and stigma scale for chronic illness(SSCI),the current status and influencing factors of health-related quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease undergoing home enteral nutrition were analyzed.Results:The NutriQoL score of this group is(57.25±11.34)points,MSPPS score is(57.21±14.22)points,enteral nutrition compliance score is(11.05±2.61)points,SPBS score is(32.25±5.48)points,and SSCI score is(40.62±9.35)points.The quality of life of patients with inflammatory bowel disease is positively correlated with social support(r=0.440,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with self-burden and shame(r=-0.331,-0.232,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that enteral nutrition,family enteral nutrition compliance,social support,self-perceived burden,and dis-ease shame were significant influencing factors on health-related quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease who received family enteral nutrition(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with inflammatory bowel disease who receive home enteral nutrition have a moder-ate level of health-related quality of life.Therefore,reasonable measures need to be taken to improve their social support,improve their self-perceived burden,and promote their psychological development.
