Effect of Behavior Modification Intervention Based on the Autar Scale on Postoperative Ovarian Cancer Patients
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of behavior modification intervention based on the Autar scale in postoperative o-varian cancer patients. Methods:Between September 1,2020 to September 30,2022,100 postoperative ovarian cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group(52 cases)and control group(48 cases). The control group received routine nursing interven-tion,while the observation group received behavior modification intervention based on the Autar scale on the basis of the control group. The lower limb swelling, lower limb pain[using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],lower limb deep vein thrombosis rate, thrombus marker levels[including D-dimer(D-D)and von Willebrand factor(vWF)],nursing satisfaction, and quality of life[using the Short Form Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36)]were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the incidence of lower limb swelling, lower limb pain, and deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the vWF and D-D levels of two groups were all lower than before intervention(P<0.05),and the levels of observation group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After in-tervention,the SF-36 scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group has higher scores than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Behavioral modification intervention based on the Autar scale can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms such as lower limb swelling and pain in postoperative ovarian cancer patients, and reduce the levels of thrombus markers D-D and vWF,and lower the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis, thereby improving quality of life.
