Effect of Risk Pre-Control Combined with Meticulous Nursing on Children Undergoing Enterostomy Surgery
Objective:To explore the effect of risk pre-control combined with meticulous nursing on children undergoing enterostomy surgery. Methods:A total of 92 pediatric patients who underwent enterostomy surgery from January 1,2019 to May 31,2023 were enrolled as the research objects, and they were divided into control group(46 cases)and study group(46 cases),based on their admission time(be-fore and after implementing risk pre control combined with fine nursing). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group received a combination of risk pre-control combined with meticulous nursing. The use of stomostomy bags(mean use time,re-placement interval, daily nursing time and nursing cost of stomostomy bags),scores of peristomy skin function(DET),postoperative recov-ery(first stomostomy exhaust time, defecation time, eating time, hospitalization time),incidence of complications and psychological state of family members(SCL-9)were compared between the two groups. The use of stomostomy bags(mean usage time, replacement interval, daily nursing time and nursing cost of stomostomy bags),scores of peristomy skin function(DET)before and after intervention, evaluate postoper-ative recovery(first stoma ventilation time, first stoma defecation time, eating time, hospital stay),incidence of complications, and score on the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)before and after intervention by family members were compared between two groups of pediatric pa-tients.Results:The study group had lower usage time, replacement interval time, daily nursing time, nursing cost, first stoma exhaust time, first stoma defecation time, eating time, and hospital stay compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the DET and SCL-90 scores of the two groups of children and their families were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of the study group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of risk pre-control combined with meticulous nursing in children under-going enterostomy surgery has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the use of stomostomy bags and surrounding skin condi-tions,shorten intestinal recovery time and hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, and alleviate negative emotions in family members.
