Application of Ultra-early Activity Combined with Individual Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients Undergoing Radical Resection of Cervical Cancer
Objective:To explore the application effect of ultra-early activity combined with individual rehabilitation nursing on patients with radical resection of cervical cancer. Methods:A total of 182 cervical cancer patients who underwent radical surgery from October 1,2021 to February 1,2023 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=91)and the control group(n=91)according to the random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received ultra-early activity combined with indi-vidual rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The quality of life[using the European organization for research and treat-ment of cancer quality of life questionnaire-C30 scales(EORTC QLQ-C30)],postoperative recovery, occurrence of complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results:After intervention, the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores in all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter postoperative first exhaust time, indwelling catheter time, incision healing time, and hospitalization time than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of complications in observation group were lower compared with those in control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ultra-early activity and individual reha-bilitation nursing can improve the postoperative recovery and quality of life of cervical cancer patients undergoing radical resection, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care.
