Analysis of High-Risk Factors and Nursing Countermeasures of Myocardial Injury in Children with Febrile Convulsion
Objective:To explore the high-risk factors and nursing countermeasures of myocardial injury in children with febrile convul-sion and provide nursing countermeasures. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 245 children with febrile seizures admitted from October 1,2022 to February 1,2023,they were divided into abnormal group and well group based on whether they were complicated with myocardial injury. The clinical data were compared between the two groups, and the high-risk factors of myocardial injury in children with febrile convulsion were analyzed by Logistics regression analysis, and the nursing countermeasures were discussed. Results:Among 245 children, there were 149 cases of myocardial injury with the incidence rate of 60.82%.There was a statistically significant difference in age, peak body temperature, family history, seizure type, number of seizures within 24 hours, duration of seizures, white blood cell count(WBC),blood calcium, blood sodium, creatine kinase myocardial band(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),hemoglobin(Hb),pH,arterial oxygen pressure(PaO2),and arterial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2)between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).Logistic re-gression analysis showed that age, peak body temperature, family history, seizure type, seizure type, number of seizures within 24 hours,du-ration of seizures, blood calcium,sodium,CK-MB,LDH,and Hb were influencing factors for concurrent myocardial injury(P<0.05).Con-clusion:There are many high-risk factors of myocardial injury in children with febrile convulsion.During the process of clinical nursing,it is necessary to make graded symptomatic intervention according to the situation of children so as to reduce the damage of cardiac function in children.
