Effect of Syndrome Differentiation Behavioral Therapy on Post-Traumatic Growth and Psychological Resilience in Hemodialysis Patients
Objective:To explore the effects of syndrome differentiation behavioral therapy on post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience in hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 106 hemodialysis patients admitted from January 1,2020 to January 1,2023 were se-lected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group with 53 cases in each group,according to the ran-dom number table method.The control group received conventional intervention,while the observation group received syndrome differentia-tion behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group.The post-traumatic growth using post-traumatic growth inventory(PTGI),psycho-logical resilience using Connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),and cognitively emotional regulation using cognitive emotion regula-tion questionnaire(CERQ)were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,the scores of person-al strength,interpersonal relationships,mental changes,appreciation of life,and new possibilities in both groups of PTGI were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group has higher scores than those of the control group(P<0.01).After interven-tion,the scores of resilience,self-improvement,optimism,and total score in both groups of CD-RISC were higher than those before interven-tion(P<0.05),and the observation group has higher scores than those of the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the positively e-motional regulation strategy score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the cognitively emo-tional regulation strategy score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Syndrome differentiation behavioral therapy can significantly improve the post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience levels,and improve their cognitive emotion regulation strat-egies in hemodialysis patients.
