摘要
目的:调查帕金森病(PD)患者功能锻炼依从性现状,并分析其与希望水平的相关性,从而为患者在心理护理与健康教育提供科学依据.方法:选择 2022 年 11 月 1 日～2023 年 9 月 1 日收治的 86 例PD患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、Herth希望量表、功能锻炼依从性问卷进行现状调查,并根据调查情况进行影响因素分析.结果:本组患者功能锻炼依从性总分为(37.21±5.87)分,希望水平总分为(32.78±2.77)分,希望水平各维度得分及总分均与功能锻炼依从性呈正相关(P<0.05);单因素分析结果显示,功能锻炼依从性在性别、受教育程度、人均月收入等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析结果显示,影响患者功能锻炼正向因素为采取积极的行动、对现实和未来的积极态度(P<0.05).结论:PD患者希望水平和功能锻炼存在正相关性,功能锻炼依从性水平较低,希望水平处于中高水平,因此,医护人员帮助患者进行积极心理建设的同时,应督促进行功能锻炼,获得更好的康复效果.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current compliance status of functional exercise among patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)and analyze its relationship with hope levels,aiming to provide scientific basis for patients in psychological care and health education.Method:A total of 86 PD patients admitted from November 1,2022 to September 1,2023 were selected as the research subjects.A survey was conducted using the General Information Survey,Herth hope scale,and functional exercise compliance questionnaire,and influencing factors were analyzed based on the survey results.Results:The total score of functional exercise compliance in this group of patients is(37.21±5.87)points,and the total score of hope level is(32.78±2.77)points.The scores of all dimensions of hope level and the total score are positively correlated with functional exercise compliance(P<0.05).The results of univariate analysis showed that there were sta-tistically significant differences in the score of functional exercise compliance in terms of gender,education level,and per capita monthly in-come(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that taking proactive measures and maintaining a positive outlook towards the future were influential factors positively affecting functional exercise among patients with PD(P<0.05).Conclusion:PD patients have a positive correlation between their level of desire and functional exercise,and their compliance with functional exercise is relatively low.Therefore,while helping patients with positive psychological construction,medical staff should also encourage functional exercise to achieve better rehabilitation results.
