Application of Multi-dimensional Rehabilitation Assessment Guidance for Comprehensive Nutritional Management in Patients Undergoing Liver Cancer Resection
Objective:To explore the effect of multi-dimensional rehabilitation assessment guidance for comprehensive nutritional man-agement in patients undergoing liver cancer resection. Methods:All 96 liver cancer resection patients admitted from March 1,2021 to March 31,2023 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group with 48 cases by using ran-dom sequences generated with statistical software. The control group implemented routine nutritional management, while the observation group implemented comprehensive nutritional management based on multi-dimensional rehabilitation assessment. The control group imple-mented routine nutritional management, while the observation group implemented comprehensive nutritional management for patients based on multidimensional rehabilitation assessment. The liver function indicators including aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine amin-otransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),inflammatory factor levels including white blood cells(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),pro-tein levels including prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),transferrin(TF),and quality of life using the EORTC core quality of life question-naire(QLQ-C30)were compared between two groups preoperative and postoperative. Results:On the 5th and 10th day after surgery, the lev-els of AST,ALT,TBIL,WBC,and CRP in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).On the 7th day after sur-gery,the levels of PA,ALB,and TF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of QLQ-C30 in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting multi-dimensional rehabilitation as-sessment guidance for comprehensive nutritional management in patients undergoing liver cancer resection can help improve postoperative liver function indicators, reduce inflammatory response levels, promote protein intake, and improve quality of life.
