Application of Time Effective Incentives Combined with Swallowing and Feeding Training in Patients with Postoperative Swallowing Dysfunction of Glioma
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of time effective incentives combined with swallowing and feeding training in patients with swallowing dysfunction after glioma surgery. Methods:A total of 126 patients with postoperative swallowing dysfunc-tion of gliomas from January 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received routine swallowing and feeding training, while the study group received time effective incentives combined with swallowing and feeding training. The scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and swallowing assessment(SSA)were compared be-tween two groups on the day after surgery and one month after surgery. Results:One month after surgery, the GSES scores of both groups were higher than those of the day after surgery(P<0.05),and the study group has higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).One month after surgery, the SSA scores of both groups were lower than those of the day after surgery(P<0.05),and the study group has lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Time effective incentives combined with swallowing and feeding training can effective-ly improve the self-efficacy of patients with swallowing dysfunction after glioma surgery, and enhance swallowing and feeding functions.
