摘要
目的:探讨基于放松训练的心理措施结合舒适护理对老年癌症患者的影响.方法:选取 2019 年 1 月 1 日～2022 年 12月 31 日收治的 100 例老年癌症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各 50 例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于放松训练的心理措施结合舒适护理;比较两组干预前后疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、癌症相关性疲劳程度[采用癌症疲乏量表(CFS)]、生活质量[采用欧洲癌症生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)]、焦虑和抑郁程度[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)].结果:干预后,两组VAS、CFS、SAS及SDS评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组QLQ-C30 中总体生活质量、身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能评分均高于干预前和对照组同期(P<0.01).结论:基于放松训练的心理措施结合舒适护理能有效缓解老年癌症患者的疼痛和疲劳,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological measures based on relaxation training combined with comfort care on elderly cancer patients.Methods:100 elderly cancer patients treated from January 1,2019 to December 31,2022 were selected and divided into obser-vation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The routine nursing care was given in the control group and the psychological measures based on relaxation training combined with comfort care were applied in the observation group.The pain degree(VAS),cancer-related fatigue degree(CFS),quality of life(QLQ-C30),anxiety and depression degree(SAS and SDS)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,VAS,CFS,SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the scores in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the total quality of life,physical function,role function and emotional function scores of QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before intervention and than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The psychological measures based on re-laxation training combined with comfort care can effectively relieve pain and fatigue in elderly cancer patients and improve quality of life.
