Effect of Team-based Emergency Care Combined with Integrated Intervention on Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis
Objective:To investigate the effect of team-based emergency care combined with integrated intervention on patients with dia-betic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods:A total of 90 DKA patients admitted from June 1,2022 to June 1,2023 were randomly divided into the routine care group and the intervention group, with 45 cases in each group. The standard procedure was taken in the routine care group in the rescue of patients, and the team-based emergency care combined with integrated intervention was conducted in the intervention group. The clinical indicators, quality of life(SF-36)and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The success rate of rescue, the negative conversion time of urine keto body, the incidence of hypoglycemia, the examination of nurses' first aid profes-sional skills, nursing satisfaction, blood glucose level, the time of clinical symptom relief, the time of rescue, the time of hospitalization and the incidence of complications in the intervention group were all better than those in the routine care group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The SF-36 scores of the intervention group were higher than those in the routine care group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The team-based emergency care combined with integrated intervention can effectively improve the first aid effect of DKA patients, reduce blood sugar level, shorten hospital stay, reduce complications, and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
