Effect of Multi-dimensional Nursing Intervention under the Guidance of Cox-IMCHB on Patients with Primary Liver Cancer
Objective:To investigate the effect of multi-dimensional nursing intervention guided by COX-IMCHB on patients with prima-ry liver cancer(PLC).Methods:90 PLC patients admitted from January 1,2022 to March 31,2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,with 45 cases in each group.The multidi-mensional nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group and routine nursing care was given in the control group.The pulmonary function indexes including FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC%,negative emotions by SAS and SDS,the quality of life using QLQ-C30 and the com-plications like liver failure,ascites,portal hypertension,infection were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Re-sults:After intervention,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%in observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),the QLQ-C30 score in observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the incidence of liver failure,ascites,portal hypertension and infection were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multi-dimensional nursing intervention under the guidance of Cox-IMCHB can improve lung function,negative emotions and quality of life of PLC patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
