Application of Cluster Intervention Strategy for Stroke-associated Pneumonia Constructed by MCDA in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster intervention strategy of stroke-related pneumonia constructed by multi-criteria decision analysis(MCDA)in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 88 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated from January 1,2021 to December 31,2022 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group with 44 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The control group was given the conventional inter-vention strategy for stroke-related pneumonia, and the observation group was given the cluster intervention strategy constructed by MCDA.The patients in both groups were continuously intervened until discharge. The quality of life, recovery, satisfaction, quality of care, incidence of stroke-related pneumonia, disability rate and mortality were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization cost was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the total satis-faction and nursing quality of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of stroke-related pneumonia in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cluster intervention strategy of stroke-asso-ciated pneumonia constructed by MCDA can accelerate the recovery process of the patients with acute cerebral infarction, reduce the risk of stroke-associated pneumonia so as to improve the quality of life of patients and improve the prognosis and the overall quality of care.
