Application of Chain Nursing in Critical Value Reporting Process in Patients with Acute Chest Pain
Objective:To explore the application effect of chain nursing in critical value reporting process in patients with acute chest pain. Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute chest pain admitted from January 1 to September 30,2023 were selected as the research ob-jects and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The routine nursing care was used in the control group and the chain nursing in critical value reporting process was applied in the observation group. The time from visit to initial assessment,to clinical reception,to examination and to treatment, the state of health(SRHMS),and nursing satisfaction were com-pared between the two groups. Results:The time from visit to initial assessment,to clinical reception,to examination and to treatment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).At the time of transferring from emergency department, the SRHMS scores of the two groups were higher than those at pre-examination and triage(P<0.05),and the SRHMS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The score of nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions:Chain nursing in critical value reporting process can improve work efficien-cy of emergency treatment, shorten clinical time and improve the state of health and nursing satisfaction.
