Application of Cluster Nursing Program in Restlessness Patients with Craniocerebral Injury
Objective:To explore the application effect of cluster nursing program in patients with restlessness after craniocerebral inju-ry.Methods:A total of 80 patients with restlessness after craniocerebral injury admitted from September 1,2021 to September 1,2023 were included in the study and randomly divided into the routine group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine restraint nursing,and the study group was given cluster nursing.The psycholog-ical state,comfort,sleep quality,prognosis,quality of life and adverse events of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After cluster nursing,the Ricker sedation-agitation,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh sleep qual-ity Index(PSQI)in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.01).The GCQ,GOC and WHOQOL-BREF scores in the study group were higher than those in the routine group after cluster nursing(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The cluster nursing program for craniocerebral injury patients with agitation has a good effect on the improvement of patients' emotion,which can help patients obtain comfort and good sleep quality,promote prognosis and quality of life,and reduce the risk of adverse events as well.
