护士应用重症护理超声技术核心能力评价指标体系的构建

摘要
目的:构建护士应用重症护理超声技术核心能力评价指标体系,为护士的培养、考核和能力评价提供参考依据.方法:通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈形成评价指标初稿,采用Delphi法对全国 15 省市 21 家三甲医院的 27 名专家进行函询,归纳整理专家意见形成终稿,运用层次分析法确定评价指标权重.结果:纳入全国 27 名函询专家,专家问卷有效回收率分别为 92.59%(25/27)、96.00%(24/25),专家权威系数(Cr)分别为 0.88 和 0.89,肯德尔协调系数(Kendall's W)分别为 0.237 和 0.333(P<0.001).最终构建评价指标包括7 项一级指标、17 项二级指标和68 项三级指标.结论:本研究构建的评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可靠性,可为护士培训、考核及任用提供参考依据.
Abstract
Objective:Construct an evaluation index system of the core competence for nurses in the application of critical nursing ultra-sound technology,so as to provide a reference for training,assessment and ability evaluation of nurses.Methods:Literature review and semi-structured interviews were used to form a preliminary draft of evaluation indicators.Delphi method was used to consult 27 experts from 21 Grade Ⅲ-A hospitals in 15 provinces and cities in China,and expert opinions were summarized to form the final draft.Results:A total of 27 experts were included,and the effective response rates of questionnaires were 92.59％(25/27)and 96.00％(24/25),the expert authority coefficients(Cr)were 0.88 and 0.89,and the Kendall's W coordination coefficients were 0.237 and 0.333(P<0.001).The final evalua-tion indicators included 7 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 68 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The evaluation index system constructed in this study is scientific and reliable,thereby providing a reference for nurses' training,assessment and appointment.
