Effect of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training based on Precede-Proceed Model on Home Rehabilitation of Postoperative Patients with Lung Cancer Complicated with COPD
Objective:To explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training based on Precede-Proceed model on home rehabilitation of postoperative patients with lung cancer complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 50 COPD patients admitted from July 1 to October 31,2022 were included in the control group, and routine discharge health education was implemen-ted.Other 51 COPD patients admitted from November 1,2022 to April 30,2023 were included in the experimental group, and the home pulmonary rehabilitation training based on Precede-Proceed model was implemented through the medium of the online platform. The pulmo-nary function, including FEV1,PEF,PaO2,PaCO2,SaO2,6MWD,PPCs and the compliance of rehabilitation training were compared be-tween the two groups at admission and 4 weeks after discharge. Results:Four weeks after discharge,FEV1,PEF,PaO2,PaCO2,SaO2 and 6MWD in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The compliance of rehabilitation training in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the incidence of PPCs was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary rehabilitation training based on Precede-Proceed model can improve the lung function and reha-bilitation compliance of patients with lung cancer complicated with COPD after surgery, and can ensure the quality of rehabilitation.
