Application of Grading Nursing Model under the Guidance of SOLDQ in Children with Bronchial Asthma
Objective:To explore the effect of grading nursing model under the guidance of Seattle Obstructive Lung Disease Question-naire(SOLDQ)in children with bronchial asthma.Methods:80 children with bronchial asthma who were admitted from January 1,2020 to August 31,2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group by the random num-ber table method, with 40 cases in each group. The routine nursing model was taken in the control group, and the grading nursing model was implemented in the observation group under the guidance of SOLDQ.The intervention lasted 3 months. The number of acute exacerbations of asthma, the number of hospitalizations, control of asthma, treatment compliance, and comfort improvement, nursing satisfaction and quali-ty of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:The number of hospitalizations and acute exacerba-tion of asthma in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the total asthma control rate, total treatment compliance rate, comfort improvement and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the PAQLQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the PAQLQ scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The grading nursing model under the guidance of SOLDQ can help relieve the clinical symptoms of children with bronchial asthma, improve the quality of care and the comfort of children, reduce the number of asthma attacks, improve the quality of life and treatment compliance and reduce the severity of the disease.
