Application of Early Nursing Intervention based on Action Research Method in Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention based on action research method in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:A total of 116 elderly patients with HICH admitted from July 1,2020 to July 1,2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and intervention group, with 58 cases in each group. The control group received routine rahabilitation and nursing care measures and the intervention group received early nursing intervention based on action research method.Disease cognition, limb function(FCA),balance function(POMA)and complications were compared between the two groups one day after admission and 4 weeks after nursing intervention. Results:After 4 weeks of the intervention, the scores of disease cognition and FCA and POMA scores in the two groups were higher than those on one day after admission(P<0.05),and the scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early re-habilitation nursing intervention based on action research method can improve the disease cognition of elderly patients with HICH,improve joint and balance function, and reduce the incidence of complications.
