Effect of Mindfulness Intervention and Kindred-like Nursing in Patients with Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
Objective:To explore the effect of mindfulness intervention and kindred-like nursing on patients with allogeneic hematopoiet-ic stem cell transplantation.Methods:86 patients who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the study group by the random num-ber table method, with 43 cases in each group. The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),cancer-related fatigue(CFS),and quality of life(FACT-BMT)were compared between the two groups on the next day and 4 weeks after transplantation. Results:After trans-plantation for 4 weeks, the HADS and CFS scores of the two groups were lower than those on the next day after transplantation(P<0.05),and the FACT-BMT scores were higher than those on the next day after transplantation(P<0.05).The HADS and CFS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the FACT-BMT score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness intervention and kindred-like nursing can effectively relieve depression, anxiety and cancer-related fatigue and im-prove quality of life in patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
