干眼症患者使用眼药水依从性调查及影响因素分析

摘要
目的:调查干眼症患者使用眼药水的依从性情况,分析其影响因素,为提高干眼症眼药水使用依从性提供指导.方法:选取 2021 年 1 月 1 日～2023 年 1 月 31 日收治的 80 例干眼症患者为研究对象,采用Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)评估患者的眼药水使用依从性,分析依从性影响因素,探讨有效改善对策.结果:本组 80 例干眼症患者中使用眼药水依从性好 39 例(48.75%)、依从性差 41 例(51.25%);单因素分析显示,眼药水使用依从性差组患者年龄≥50 岁、受教育程度高中以下、每日用药频次≥3 次、药品种类≥3 种、存在不良反应比例高于眼药水使用依从性好组(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,年龄≥50 岁、受教育程度高中以下、每日用药频次≥3 次、药品种类≥3 种、存在不良反应是影响干眼症患者使用眼药水依从性的危险因素(P<0.05).结论:干眼症患者使用眼药水的依从性偏低,高龄、受教育程度较低、用药频次高、用药种类多、存在不良反应是使用眼药水依从性的重要影响因素,针对影响因素实施有效干预可提高其使用眼药水的依从性.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the compliance of using eye drops in patients with dry eye and analyze its influencing factors so as to provide guidance for improving the compliance of using eye drops in the patients.Methods:80 patients with dry eye admitted from Janu-ary 1,2021 to January 31,2023 were selected as the research objects.The Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)was used to e-valuate the compliance of using eye drops in the patients with dry eye and the influencing factors of compliance were analyzed,and the ef-fective improvement countermeasures were explored.Results:Among the 80 patients with dry eye,39 cases(48.75%)had good compliance and 41 cases(51.25%)had poor compliance.Univariate analysis showed that the patients of poor compliance group were over 50 years old,their education level below senior high school,daily medication frequency≥3 times,types of drugs≥3,and the proportion of adverse reac-tions were higher than that in the good compliance group(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the factors mentioned above were re-garded as the risk factors affecting the compliance of using eye drops in patients with dry eye(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compliance of u-sing eye drops is low in patients with dry eye,and advanced age,low education level,high ferquency of medication,many kinds of drugs and adverse reactions are the important inflvencing factors of complance.Therefore the effective intervention should be implemented consid-ering the influencing factors.
