Application of Systematic Nursing Intervention Supported by IKAP Theory in Lung Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of systematic nursing intervention supported by IKAP theory in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:90 lung cancer patients with chemotherapy from January 1,2020 to January 1,2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random grouping method, they were divided into the control group and the observa-tion group, with 45 cases in each group. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the systematic nursing intervention supported by IKAP theory was provided in the observation group. The scores of Skills-SMas and EORTC QLQ were compared between the two groups before and after intervention, and the condition of pain(NRS)was compared after intervention. Results:After the intervention, the Skills-SMas and EORTC QLQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic nursing intervention supported by IKAP theory for lung cancer patients with chemo-therapy can reduce the degree of pain, and improve the self-management ability and the quality of life of the patients.
