Influence of Medical Counseling Games Combined with Atractive Education forChildren's Interest on Children Undergoing Laparoscopic Appen-dectomy
Objective:To explore the effect of medical counseling games combined with atractive education for children's interest on the compliance of children with laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:577 children who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy from January 1,2022 to November 30,2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(288 cases)and the observation group(289 cases).The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received medical counseling games combined with atractive education for children's interest.The perioperative situation,compliance,psy-chological state(YPAS)and parents' satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the time of out-of-bed activity,the first exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of activity,vo-calization,emotional expression,vigilance and parental dependence in YPAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The parents's satisfaction with service attitude,nursing skill and quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The medical counseling games combined with atractive education for chil-dren's interest can significantly improve the postoperative recovery of children undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy,improve treatment compliance,reduce anxiety and fear of children during the perioperative period,improve the cooperation of children,and increase par-ents' satisfaction.
