Effect of Nurse-patient Collaborative Nursing Model on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI
Objective:To explore the effect of nurse-patient collaborative nursing model on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI from February 1,2021 to February 28,2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was additionally provided nurse-patient collabo-rative nursing model. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:After nursing care, the 6-minute walk test(6MWT),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The social and psychological scores, the scores of general life,ill-ness,physical strength, work and medical status(CQQC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nurse-patient collaborative nursing model in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI can improve their cardiac function,re-duce cardiovascular adverse events, and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
