Application of Information Platform Combined with BPR Theory in the Turnover Process Reengineering of Surgery Patients
Objective:To discuss the application effect of information platform combined with business process reengineering(BPR)the-ory in the turnover process reengeering of surgery patients.Methods:A total of 165 surgery patients admitted from January 1 to June 30,2021 were selected as the control group,and the conventional management mode formulated by the hospital was implemented in the turn-over process of surgery patients.Other 165 surgery patients admitted from January 1 to June 31,2022 were selected as the observation group,and the reengineering management mode of turnover process of surgery patients was applied based on BPR theory.The operating room utilization rate,interval time between operations,satisfaction of patients and doctors were compared between the two groups.Results:The utilization rate of operating room,satisfaction of patients and doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The interval time between operations in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The reengineering turnover process of surgery patients based on the information platform combined with BPR theory can improve the turnover efficiency,reduce the waste of medical resources and improve the quality of medical services.
