三级医院ICU护士工作旺盛感与个人-工作契合度、工作场所社会资本的相关研究

目的:探讨三级医院ICU护士工作旺盛感与个人-工作契合度、工作场所社会资本的相关性。方法 选取 2023 年 6 月 1日~2024 年 7 月 31 日在某市六所三级医院工作的 236 例ICU护士,采用自行设计一般资料调查表、护士工作旺盛感量表、个人-工作契合度、工作场所社会资本量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及DISC性格测试问卷对三级医院ICU护士进行问卷调查,查找影响三级医院ICU护士工作旺盛感的因素。结果:单因素分析结果显示,性别、婚姻状况、工龄、月夜班数、睡眠情况、性格特质及家人对工作支持情况是影响ICU护士工作旺盛感的因素(P<0。01);相关性结果显示,ICU护士工作旺盛感与个人-工作契合度量表各个维度得分及总得分呈正相关(r=0。729~0。880,P<0。01),与工作场所社会资本量表各个维度得分及总得分呈正相关(r=0。565~0。812,P<0。01);多因素分析结果显示,性别、睡眠情况、性格特质、家人对工作支持情况、工作场所社会资本及个人-工作契合度得分是影响三级医院ICU护士工作旺盛感的因素(P<0。05,P<0。01)。结论:女性、存在睡眠障碍、性格特质为服从型、家人对工作不支持、工作场所社会资本水平低及个人-工作契合度差的三级医院ICU护士工作旺盛感水平低,护理管理者应重视此类护士的职业规划与工作状态,提高其工作旺盛感水平。
Study on the Correlation between the Senses of Exuberance at Work,person-job fit and social capital of workplace among ICU nurses in Grade Ⅲ hospitals
Objective:To explore the correlation between the senses of exuberance at work,person-job fit and social capital of workplace among ICU nurses in Grade Ⅲ hospitals.Methods A total of 236 ICU nurses working in 6 Grade Ⅲ hospitals in Qingdao from June 2023 to July 2024 were selected.The self-designed general information questionnaire,the senses of exuberance at work scale for nurses,person-job fit,social capital of workplace scale,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale and DISC personality test questionnaire were used to investigate ICU nurses in Grade Ⅲ hospitals to search for the factors affecting the senses of exuberance at work of ICU nurses in Grade Ⅲ hospitals.Results:The univariate analysis showed that gender,marital status,length of service,number of night shifts per month,sleep quality,per-sonality traits and family support for work were the single factors affecting the senses of exuberance at work of ICU nurses.The correlation results showed that the senses of exuberance at work of ICU nurses was positively correlated with the scores of each dimension and the total score of person-job fit scale(r=0.729~0.880,P<0.01),and positively correlated with the scores of each dimension and the total score of social capital of workplace scale(r=0.565~0.812,P<0.01).The results of multivariate analysis showed that gender,sleep condition,per-sonality traits,family support for work,social capital of workplace and person-job fit score were the influencing factors of the senses of exu-berance at work among ICU nurses in Grade Ⅲ hospitals.Conclusion:The ICU nurses in Grade Ⅲ hospitals have a low level of the senses of exuberance at work if they are female,have sleep disorders,subordinate personality traits,no support from family,low level of social cap-ital of workplace and poor person-job fit.Nursing managers should pay attention to the career planning and working status of these nurses and improve their senses of exuberance at work.
