In this paper,the variation trend of pH value with temperature during the salt-forming process of bio-based nylon 56 and nylon 610 was analyzed.The salt formation samples were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The properties of nylon 56 salt and nylon 610 salt were investigated.The variation trend of pH value with temperature in salt-forming of nylon 56 and nylon 610 followed the general trend of nylon salt-forming reaction.The characteristic absorption peak of nylon appeared in both nylon 56 and nylon 610 salts by determination of the infrared chromatography.The melting point and crystallization point of nylon 56 and nylon 610 were similar to those of traditional nylon 66,but slightly different.
