催化脱硫装置脱硫吸收塔的腐蚀分析

催化裂化装置烟气脱硫技术可以充分实现烟气净化达标排放,但因其腐蚀性介质的存在,很多催化脱硫装置的脱硫吸收塔出现了腐蚀问题.通过对某石化公司脱硫吸收塔的腐蚀分析,找出了该吸收塔发生腐蚀的主要原因;改造后脱硫吸收塔工况的变化和材料局部缺陷的共同作用导致了腐蚀的发生.通过严格控制复合板的制造工艺、改进循环泵出口分布器喷嘴结构、上移氨水分配器等措施,脱硫塔没有再发生腐蚀.
Catalytic cracking flue gas desulfurization technology can fully realize the dis-charge of flue gas purification and achieve emission standards.However,due to existence of the corrosive medium,corrosion problem happens in the desulfurization absorber tower of many cat-alytic desulfurization devices.This article analyzes the corrosion of a desulfurization absorber tower in a compang and identifies the causes of corrosion.The combined action of changes in the operating mode after reconstruction of the desulfurization absorber tower and local defects of the materials causes the corrosion.By strictly controlling the manufacturing process of composite plate,improving the nozzle structure of outlet distributor of circulating pump and moving up the ammonia water distributor,the desulphurization tower has not been corroded again.
