In this paper,the factors influencing the content of bound acrylonitrile determi-nation in hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)are studied,accuracy of the method is verified,and the optimum analysis conditions are determined.The results show that the optimal analysis conditions are as follow:the sample is extracted for 140min,vacuumed and dried for 120min,weighed 0.4 g after vacuum drying,added 20 mL sulfuric acid and 10 g catalyst,then the sam-ple is digested by program heating and tested with Automatic Kjeldahl Apparatus.The results obtained have good repeatability,high accuracy and precision.The determination procedure of NBR rubber is referred by the method,the best conditions for determination of bound acryloni-trile in HNBR rubber are obtained,and the analysis time is short.
