The phenomenon of excessive measurement error often appears in the melt quali-ty flow rate test of thermoplastic,which seriously affects the accuracy of the test data.The fac-tors and measures to reduce effectively analysis errors are studied by the corresponding experi-ments,including the material barrel vertical or not,temperature control of the material barrel,sample addition amount,start and end time control of the test,etc.A reference method for pro-viding accurate analysis data is given.
