利用超声波的空化效应可以对炼化企业污水处理场产生的浮渣进行破乳,再通过离心分离,实现水、油和泥的三相分离.通过该超声波破乳-离心分离技术设计的成套撬装设备的使用,最终实现污水处理场浮渣和罐底泥的资源化、减量化、无害化的目标,为企业降低危废外送数量、节约危废处理费用.该装置在中国石化齐鲁分公司某水厂的成功运行,证明了该技术和成套设备的先进性和可靠性,具有较高的推广价值和应用前景.
The cavitation effect of ultrasound wave can be used to demulsify the scum pro-duced in the sewage treatment plant of refining and chemical enterprises.Then three-phase separation of water,oil and mud can be achieved by further centrifugal separation.By use of the complete skid-mounted equipment based on ultrasonic demulsification and centrifugal separa-tion technology,the objectives of resource utilization,reduction,harmlessness of the scum and bottom mud in sewage treatment plant are finally realized.The delivery amount of hazardous waste is reduced and the cost of hazardous waste disposal is saved.The advantage and reliability of the technology and complete skid-mounted equipment is proved by successful operation in the Water Supply and Drainage Plant of SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company,which possesses a good prospect of application and extension.
