大型硫黄回收装置低负荷开工探讨

随着硫黄回收装置的大型化,无酸性气管网且相对独立的装置面临开工初期酸性气量少、装置需要低负荷开工等工况.本文通过分析低负荷开工存在的问题,经过模拟计算,并结合同类装置运行情况,为大型硫黄回收装置低负荷开工提出应对方案.
Along with the large-scale sulfur recovery unit,the relatively independent plant without acid gas pipe network faces the situation of low acid gas flow and low load operation con-ditions in the early stage of operation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in period of low load start-up,and puts forward a response scheme for the low load start-up of large-scale sulfur recovery unit with simulation calculation by combining with the operation of similar de-vices.
