分析了化工型甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)装置开车过程中固定床反应器催化剂床层飞温的原因,借鉴裂解汽油加氢装置"开工油"的设计理念,引入"开工惰性碳四"概念,提出不同工况条件下的催化剂床层飞温控制措施,以有效解决飞温问题.
This paper analyzes the causes of runaway temperature in the catalyst bed of fixed-bed reactors during the start-up course of chemical-type methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)units.Drawing on the design concept of"start-up oil"in pyrolysis gasoline hydro-genation units,the concept of"start-up inert C4"is introduced,and control measures for cat-alyst bed runaway temperature under different operating conditions are proposed to effectively solve the runaway temperature issue.
