In response to the potential environmental pollution and health hazards posed by the original cleaning process of petroleum product tankers at a certain petrochemical enterprise,the original washing system was upgraded and reformed,introducing a pneumatic sealed crane car washing system.The application results after the reformation indicate that the new system has realized a fully enclosed washing course,which not only effectively prevents the emission of polluting gas into the atmosphere during the steam washing of tankers,but also meets current en-vironmental protection requirements.At the same time,it adapts to the cleaning needs of differ-ent types of tankers with relatively low energy consumption.
