炼油综合污水除油技术研究

RESEARCH ON OIL REMOVAL TECHNOLOGY OF INTEGRATED WASTEWATER FROM OIL REFINING

针对污水处理场含油系列生化进水油类物质质量浓度超设计指标、影响生化系统稳定运行的问题,进行了流程梳理和水质分析,查找出导致油的质量浓度超标的主要原因;并以炼油综合污水为研究对象,开展超声波和化学破乳试验研究,开发了高效的除油工艺.结果表明:采用"超声波+隔油+两级气浮"组合工艺对炼油综合污水进行预处理,在超声频率为60 kHz、功率为80~100 W、反应时间为30 min、温度为35℃、ZQ絮凝剂200 mg/L+聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)2~3mg/L的条件下,生化进水中油的质量浓度≤20 mg/L,运行成本与现行"罐中罐隔油+三级浮选"工艺相当,可为生化系统稳定运行及污水回用创造良好的条件.
In view of the problems that the mass concentration of oily substances of bio-chemical influent in sewage treatment plant exceeds the design index and affects stable opera-tion,the process is sorted out and the water quality is analyzed,and the main reasons leading to the excessive mass concentration of oil are found out.Ultrasonic and chemical demulsification tests are carried out to develop an efficient oil removal process basing on the comprehensive wastewater of oil refining.The results show that the combined process of"ultrasonic+oil iso-lation+two-stage air flotation"is used to pretreat the comprehensive wastewater of oil refi-ning under the conditions of ultrasonic frequency of 60 kHz,power of 80~100 W,reaction time of 30 min,temperature of 35 ℃,flocculants composing of 200 mg/L ZQ and 2~3 mg/L polyac-rylamide(PAM),mass concentration of the oil in biochemical influent is less than 20 mg/L,and the operation cost is equialent to the current"tank in tank oil separation+three-stage flotation"process,which can create good conditions for the stable operation of biochemical sys-tem and sewage reuse.
