综合采用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定石油焦中的微量元素.使用粉末压片制备样品,用经验系数法和扣除硫含量基体校正,采用XRF测定Fe、Ni、V、Ca、Si等元素准确度高,操作简便、快速,可满足普通石油焦中微量元素的基本分析需求;使用微波消解法前处理样品,采用ICP-OES测定石油焦中的微量元素,探讨取样量、消解温度对分析结果的影响,确定了 Zn、Co、Ni、Fe、Cr、V、Cu、Al、Na等元素的最佳分析波长和定量限,测定结果与XRF相近,为石油焦产品拓展下游用户提供数据参考.
In this study,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF)and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)were adopted to determine trace elements in petrole-um coke.The specimen was prepared by powder sample,the empirical coefficient method and the deduction of sulfur content matrix correction method were used,and the determination of Fe,Ni,V,Ca and Si by XRF possessed the characteristics of high accuracy,simple and rapid op-eration,which could meet the basic analysis needs of trace elements in common petroleum coke.The sample was pretreated by microwave digestion method,and the trace elements in pe-troleum coke were determined by ICP-OES.The influence of sampling amount and digestion temperature on the analysis results was discussed.The optimal analysis wavelength and limit of quantification of Zn,Co,Ni,Fe,Cr,V,Cu,Al and Na were determined.Determination val-ue of the trace elements by ICP-OES was close to that of XRF method,which provided data reference for petroleum coke products as petroleum coke materials to expand downsteam users.
