催化裂化装置掺炼常三线柴油的工业试验

通过工业试验深入分析了某石化企业催化裂化装置在掺炼常减压装置常三线直馏柴油(以下简称常三线柴油)后,对其操作参数、再生催化剂特性、产品质量以及产品收率的影响.试验结果表明:掺炼常三线柴油并未显著改变装置的操作参数与再生催化剂的基本性质,且对装置的操作灵活性和处理能力的影响保持在较低水平.常三线柴油具有较好的催化裂化性能,掺炼后能够增产催化裂化汽油,收率增加0.97个百分点,有助于降低炼油厂的柴汽比;但催化裂化液化气收率和液化气中丙烯收率分别下降0.71和0.19个百分点,不利于炼油厂增产液化气及丙烯产品.
The effect of blending the straight-run diesel from atmospheric and vacuum e-quipment of the third atmospheric distillation(hereinafter referred to as the third atmospheric distillation diesel)on operation parameters,regenerated catalyst characteristics,product quality and product yield of the catalytic cracking unit in a petrochemical enterprise was analyzed through industrial trials.The experimental results showed that blending of the third atmospheric distillation diesel didn't significantly change the operation parameters of the unit and the basic properties of the regenerated catalyst,and influence on operation flexibility and processing ca-pacity of the unit was kept at a low level.The third atmospheric distillation diesel possessed bet-ter catalytic cracking performance,which could increase the yield of catalytic cracking gasoline by 0.97 percentage points.It was helpful to reduce the ratio of fuel to gasoline in refinery.How-ever,the yield of liquefied gas from the catalytic cracking and the yield of propylene in liquefied gas was decreased by 0.71 and 0.19 percentage points respectively,which wasn't conducive to increase the production amount of liquefied gas and propylene products.
