中国石油哈尔滨石化公司600 kt/a催化裂化装置检修前一周期催化剂自然跑损量约为1.0 kg/t,远大于常规催化裂化装置自然跑损.通过计算分析跑损原因、优化装置负荷、平衡管网压力等措施,催化剂自然跑损量由开工初期的1.08 kg/t逐渐降至0.71 kg/t.
The natural loss of catalyst of one cycle used in 600 kt/a catalytic cracking unit in Harbin Petrochemical Company was about 1.0 kg/t before the overhaul,which was much higher than that of conventional catalytic cracking unit.By calculating and analyzing the cause of the natual loss,optimizing the device load and balancing the pressure of the pipe network,the natural loss of the catalyst was gradually reduced from 1.08 kg/t in the initial stage to 0.71 kg/t.
