结合中国石化齐鲁分公司腈纶厂细旦抗起球腈纶纤维(以下简称齐鲁细旦抗起球腈纶纤维)的生产实际,分析了影响产品质量的因素及对策,对纺丝生产过程及后加工过程中的重要工艺参数做了分析对比,通过选择合适的喷丝板、改善纺丝甬道成型条件、调整线速度、采用6.8倍的牵伸倍数等方法,提高了纤维的断裂强度,使齐鲁细旦抗起球腈纶纤维具有优异特性.
Based on the actual production of fine denier anti-pilling acrylic fiber(herein-after referred to as Qilu fine denier anti-pilling acrylic fiber)in the acrylic plant of SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company,the factors affecting product quality and countermeasures were analyzed,and the important process parameters in the spinning process and post-processing were ana-lyzed and compared.The breaking strength of Qilu fine denier anti-pilling acrylic fiber was im-proved by selecting suitable spinneret,improving the forming condition of spinning tunnel,ad-justing the line speed and adopting 6.8 times the drafting ratio.
