在某炼化企业的催化裂化装置烟机(以下简称催化烟机)的预防性维修过程中,发现烟机内部存在结垢和冲蚀现象.为了解决这一问题,对催化烟机结垢和冲蚀的原因进行了深入分析,并总结了影响催化烟机长期、高效、平稳运行的主要因素以及相应的应对措施,为烟机的长周期运行积累经验.
In the preventive maintenance process of catalytic cracking unit smoke turbine(hereinafter referred to as catalytic smoke turbine)in a refinery enterprise,scaling and erosion phenomena was found inside the smoke turbine.In order to solve this problem,the causes of scale formation and erosion were deeply analyzed,and the main factors affecting the long-term,efficient and stable operation of the catalytic smoke turbine were summarized,and the corresponding countermeasures were given,which accumulated experiences for the long-term operation of smoke turbine.
